Would you like to take up a new hobby in September? If so, why not join the Genealogy Club in Portlaoise Library. Following the club’s summer break, members are looking forward to assisting new people with their family history journey.
The Genealogy Club is a friendly group of people who share an interest in family research. We meet on the third Wednesday of the month to exchange information and learn from one another. New members benefit from the knowledge and assistance of the experienced members, who provide information sessions and practical instruction on doing family research. The meetings are free and open to the public and beginners are welcome every month.
The Genealogy Club returns on Wednesday 18th September at 7pm in Portlaoise Library.
